Hello, until yesterday, I was playing one of the free games (a coffee laddition) whose points were capped at 300, today, when I made the minimum score I realized that I was not earning less, and this, even for a score of 5000 I only get about 100 points.

Is that normal?

I would like to point out that I registered less than a week ago so surely a bonus was given temporarily as a prize gift.

Since I didn't get a message, I wonder.

But MadWin is a company that reflects our society = consumers accept and suffer or will be seen elsewhere. We are not "consumer-actors" there and therefore have no choice but to leave this site.
Besides, that's what I do, it's been 2 or 3 months since I came back.
To my knowledge, players are not part of the board that makes decisions about the operation of the site. It is not a cooperative, nor a mutual, it is, despite the free rounds and Prizes (it is called e marketing), a lucrative business!!!!
I'm going to have to redo my evaluation grid for the allocation of points and tickets...

That said, this is a forum and not a place for dialogue with customer services. So don't expect any answers other than those from the players!

Likewise I started Play on the game "a coffee, the bill" (whereas I hadn't played it before), and I was happy to see that we were winning a lot of madpoints but for a few weeks now we have had to do a crazy score to win a few madpoints....

I'm disappointed, moreover I love this game...
Why did you change it????

The ceiling of this game is 150 madpoints won, which corresponds to about 8000 points in the game.
For the rest, the bârème is degressive, for about 4000 points, that makes 75 Madpoints!
