Thank you for your answers 🙂 Good evening ! 🙋 2 reasons often come up: - Do you have at least 100,000 pts on MadLotto? - Are your CadoVillage and MadLotto accounts attached to your DreamCard (same name, first name, postal code and email address)? Otherwise, contact Customer Service with the exact error message that appears. Have a good evening!
