Hello, Positive change in compensation in case of error #10: a number of points is awarded Next theaccount history the points won in the game in question and these points are counted for the Challenge. Congratulations on this change and thank you. 😂
It happens to me from time to time too. In fact after a certain period of inactivity (like if you take 15 minutes to Round), the site no longer considers you as connected and then when you convert the score, the site no longer recognizes you.
To that 2 parades: Play faster, or in another tab reload the site (just type www.MadWin.com and identify yourself if necessary) then Confirm the score (so we are again "connected" to the site)
Ditto, this happens to me regularly on QuoVerbis. The nice customer service robot offers me 50 points to compensate. Today, I thanked him and pointed out that I would have preferred a new Round to rank me for challenges and even message with 50 poiints!
That the answers are automated, why not?
And there is no heading "other problems", that's why I'm asking here.
thank you for your answer; even today, on pyramids, 1 Round is at 0 with the same error, it's annoying indeed when the score could have been good; already on this game, we wonder how some can systematically reach an average of 77 points per Round, if in addition that bug for us, it's no longer worth participating in the weekly challenges

This happens to me very often, is there any Mode be able to record your score correctly?
It's annoying and not very normal, the customer service explains to me that it's the mysteries of the technique... Maybe he should just bring in a repairman.
